Source: https://bible.knowing-jesus.com/topics/The-Soul Obviously the above Proverb is speaking of a worldly, fleshly 'passion,' and not The HOLY Spirit's PASSION to seek and save the lost. Again I would refer you to Galatians 5, where The WORD Of GOD clearly lays out the difference, between the flesh and The SPIRIT. A tranquil heart is one that is no longer the heart of stone, but a submitted heart to LOVE, that leads to LIFE Eternal and The PEACE/SHALOM Of GOD, which far surpasses our human understanding, that JESUS gives to ALL that are HIS, Born-Again Children Of The Most High GOD. James, JESUS' 1/2 brother, contrasts the difference, between us and others going our way, which can lead to the way of destruction or The WAY/Truth & Life, which comes in Intimately Knowing GOD The FATHER, through The SON, by HIS HOLY SPIRIT. In JESUS, our sins are not just covered for a year, like the old testament Passover, but taken away completely, never to be brought up again, because they're casted, as far as the east is to the west, into the sea of forgetfulness! This is why JESUS could say, "Your Sins Are Forgiven," even before HE went to The Cross, as we know it, because The Bible states that HE was crucified, before the foundations of the world were laid. Nearly 2,000 years beyond The Cross, you and I, as Ambassadors for CHRIST/Messiah/The Anointed ONE, have every right to tell others that their sins have been forgiven by JESUS, but they must receive this free gift that HE purchased for ALL on Golgotha/Calvary. PRAISE GOD for Bible translation efforts in Cameroon's many local languages. ASK GOD to give strength to church leaders, and to soften the hearts of those promoting hatred in Selibaby, southern Mauritania. Both Christian converts from Islam and Pakistanis born into Christian families in Pakistan (which 2nd only to India has the most unreached people groups in the world) are persecuted by their communities, Islamic extremist groups and the government. READ/Meditate/Pray over the above portions of Holy Script, along with you daily Psalms, 23 & 91; 'The LORD's/Disciple's PRAYER,' and let The Holy Spirit speak to your heart, as you go about your day.
